Sales Agreement                                                                                                                                                                   This puppy is warranted to be healthy and free of communicable diseases to the best of my knowledge at the time of purchase.                                                                                                                                            It has been inoculated and worming are up to date. Buyer has 3 business days in which to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian of buyer's choice. If puppy is found within 7 days after purchase to have a serious disease or life threating illness and rendered as an unfit pet the puppy will be replaced. Replacement conditional upon receipt of a signed veterinarian's  certificate  stating clearly the disease responsible,together in return of the defective puppy  and cost of shipping the replacement puppy. Seller may also take to there veterinarian before exchange. Seller assumes no responsibility for any veterinarian bills. This exchange agreement is void if puppy is caused to be unhealthy due to mistreatment; or neglect on the buyers part. The seller resumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality; disagreement of family members or any other reason. Repaired hernias are not covered under this warranty. Seller has no responsibility for any inherited illness after 6mos. Of age from purchase date. The puppy described above is sold as a dog pet only with no size or color, warranties, promises or guaranteed for any other purpose other than pet dog only!.
